15 july 2009 - Pociąg relacji Cottbus-Zittau przekracza Nysę Łużycką, wjeżdżając na teren Polski po przejechaniu kilkuset metrów przez terytorium Niemiec. Między mostami jest ciągle ogrodzenie (stosunkowo wysokie, ale nieco już zniszczone) - pozostałość po czasach PRL i NRD.
