Odnośnie sygnaturki - pojazd jest chyba własnością UM w Opolu, a PR ma być tylko wypożyczony.

@Matej: zgadza się, jednak w przypadku pojazdów samorządowych w danych pojazdu jest aktualny operator, w opisie właściciel.
