24 august 2010 - ST43-142 z cysternami wypełnionym kwasem siarkowym w relacji Wróblin Głogowski - Luboń koło Poznania zbliża się do stacji Stare Drzewce. Chwilę wcześniej mechanik zwolnił i podał długie Rp1, po czym po sygnale z nastawni, że przejazd jest zamknięty skład zaczął ponownie nabierać szybkości.
