Po prawej nie ma żadnego toru ani semafora.

Tu wygląda to tak jakby potraktowano te semafory jako wyjazdowe i wtedy wskaźnik jest konieczny, bo wyjazdowe ustawia się z prawej strony toru, ale czy tak jest w istocie to musiałby się jakiś spec wypowiedzieć.
