1 march 2012 - Kwidzyn. Poranny skład do IP Kwidzyn. Stonka dojechała do pierwszego rozjazdu i mechanik poczuł silne szarpnięcie po czym ujrzał, że pierwszy wagon się przechylił. Przyczyna, nieusunięta płoza. Na zdjęciu widać już ekipę ratunkową, odcinającą stonkę od platformy.
