7 june 1996 - Gdańsk Zaspa. EW58-017+007 w drodze do Gdańska Głównego. Oba ezt miały malowanie charakterystyczne dla rewizji robionych w Rezie Malbork. Naprawiono tam następujące EW58: 005,006,007,011,012,016,017,019,028. Oba EW58 zostały skasowane wskutek pożarów - podpalenia.
