Może ktoś wyjaśnić, do czego służą te białe kwadraty przypięte do każdej osi?

Jasne. Służą do zaślepienia otworów maźnic, z których zdemontowane są szczotki uszyniające wraz z przewodami do nich doprowadzonymi z ramy wózka (stanowią stałe uszynienie [uziemienie])
