5 february 2010 - Two class 57 "Zombi" diesels already has left Conwy, and goes towards Llandudno Junction. Second loco is 57314, or 57315. Nickname is a result of rebuilt between 1997 and 2004. Photographed locomotives are fitted with a refurbished General Motors 645-12F3B engine, Dellner couplings, and electric train heating. Class 57 when it has served in Virgin Trains used to haul Pendolino units between Holyhead, and Crewe. Currently locomotives hauls Holyhead-Cardiff Central trains.

5 february 2010 - Conwy- Llandudno Junction. 2 class 57s goes towards Conwy Railway Bridge. Arriva Trains Wales has been using these machines for Holyhead-Cardiff Central passenger services. Conwy Castle is visible at background. This medieval fortification was built by Edward I, during his conquest of Wales, between 1283 and 1289.
