One of the most freight-intensive lines in Belarus - it`s the main route for Russian coal to the Baltic ports (approximately 40% of all BCh`s transit cargoes are given by this line). Area is served both Belarusian locomotives (2TE10) and Russian ones (3M62U, 2TE25KM). 2 december 2016 - ChS8-051 and ChS8-053 with a passenger train №652 Brest - Minsk goes through Pamyslishcha (бел. Памыслiшча) station. Russian locomotives from Vyazma depot (TChE-41). Belarus never had enough of its own passenger electric locomotives (there are only 15), therefore the majority of passenger trains on Brest - Minsk - Orsha - Vyazma area are served by Russian machines. From 80s there was only one serie of passenger locos - ChS4T. But in 2014 "heads" of RZhD decided to give ChS8 from Timashevskaya depot (due to the excess of locomotives, "eights" stood without work) to Vyazma. Since that time you can see with trains both ChS4T and ChS8. The second locomotive is transported to Minsk from Moscow - Nice train.

15 october 2017 - 2M62K-0490 with freight train on Bastuny (бел. Бастуны) - Gudy (бел. Гуды) stretch. The train consists of hopper-wagons for potash fertilizers. This line is included in "the potash route" Saligorsk - Baranavichy - Lida - Vilnius - Radvilishkis - Klaipeda. Area from Vilnius to Lida is served by Belarusian and Lithuanian locos. Due to increased traffic, LG reactivated five locomotives (which didn`t work since 2012) with 2D49 Kolomna engines. One of such machines you can see on this photo.

Lida depot realized this works. It was produced: 46 TME1 locomotives and 3 TME2 locomotive (similar to TME1, but engine power is less). Now the project is closed.

Legendary soviet diesel passenger locomotive. Some BCh`s machines have worked for 45 years. At the moment, there are only three working locomotives of this series: 0149 and 0151 in Minsk (remade from sections of 2TEP60-0049 and 2TEP60-0051) and 0429 in Vitebsk. They are used only for local shunting work, with passenger trains are operated only in case of force majeure. But most likely, 2018 will be the last even for these machines...

The first "pilot" project in Belarus to upgrade the section of 2M62U into a single locomotive. Last year Vaukavysk made two more similar machines: one - from the section of 2M62U-0309 (designated as M62UK-3092, works in Mogilev), the other - from the remaining half of 2M62U-0310 (designated as M62UK-3102). Last year this loco (3101) worked between Svislach and Semyanuvka (pol. Siemianówka) almost daily.

The train follows from Grodno nitric plant (бел. ОАО "Гродна Азот"). Trains on the standard track (1435 mm) beyond the border station Bruzgi are quite rare: only one passenger, freight runs once a day and even less.

Until last year, DB`s "Classes" visited Brest almost daily, but now they are replaced by DE6400. To see "the British" in these places now - it`s a great success.
