28 march 2009 - SU42-523 z pociągiem z Gdyni Głównej do Kościerzyny wjeżdża na stację Żukowo Wschodnie. Dziś odbyły się jazdy próbne lokomotywy SU42-518, którą POLREGIO w ramach naprawy rewizyjnej (P4) pomalowało w historyczne już żółto-niebieskie malowanie, określane ksywką "polsat", charakterystyczne dla początku XXI wieku. Inicjatywa dzięki Chojnickiemu Stowarzyszenia Miłośników Kolei co jest wysoce chwalebne.
