12 february 2006 - Ostrów Wielkopolski. Ty45-94 (Chrzanów 1638/47) jako pomnik techniki koło Zakładu Taboru w Ostrowie Wlkp. Parowóz ten został ustawiony jako pomnik w dniu 16.08.1988 roku. Tutaj na zdjęciu po odmalowaniu przed obchodami 130-lecia kolei w Ostrowie Wlkp., które miały miejsce w grudniu 2005 roku.
