12 march 2011 - Santana, A refurbished 1000 series DMU. These 4-axle railcars were built in the 40's ( by Malaxa, Bucharest). 78-1031+78-1021 is the first railcar of 1000 series with new Volvo Penta diesel engine type TAD750VE. Top speed: 100 km/h
