Powodem opóźnienia 19131 był samobójca między Ostaszewem, a Grzywną, który rzucił się właśnie pod 19131. Oprócz 19131 opóźnień doznały poc. 55022 (+80), 50102 (+20), a poc. 55021 nie pojechał w ogóle. Od Chełmży w jego planie pojechał 19131.
