Mysik-Gdyby chcieli kupowac to procedura przetargowa trwałaby cho cho cho i jeszcze trochę. Poza tym jesli chodzi o zakup to dla IC bardziej przydatne byłyby loki Vmax 200km/h, a tak istnieje mozliwosc ich uzywania przez jakis czas i zwócenia jak nie bedą potrzebne
