1 september 2016 - Dzierżoniów Śląski. Gdzieś od strony Kamieńca w kierunku Jaworzyny jechały sobie trzy EN57 ciągnięte przez SM42-1050. W tym coś nawaliło (dymiło się spod kół), więc odstawiono go na bocznicę. Pozostałe dwa (1196 i 1946) pojechały dalej.
