21 may 2010 - The special train "Székely Gyors" (Szekler fast train) with MÁV-NOHAB 017 is waiting for departure at Budapest Keleti Railway Station. The four day trip to Transylvania launched this morning, the destination is Madéfalva (Siculeni). This is one of the two special trains what carrying passengers from Hungary to Transylvania for the the Pentecostal religious event.

Thanks! The NOHAB became cultic in Hungary. There are only seven existing pieces of twenty ordered, six in working order. It was planned to buy more, but the communist leadership didn't want to see more loco at MÁV what are produced by non-socialist industries. And then Hungary bought a lot of M62...

Poland had the same thing. Production of Polish locomotives existed. The problem is that the number of M62 surpassed it very much. This situation resulted from a socialist system.
